BLD (Black Leaders & Doers) is Qvest's Employee Resource Group and community space for those who identify as Black, people of color, and allies. BLD is dedicated to affecting acceptance and opportunity development within and outside of Qvest. This ERG offers educational opportunities, promotes community representation and advocacy, builds partnerships with external organizations to impact the larger community.

The Network of Asian and Pacific Americans (NAPA) ERG at Qvest seeks to accomplish 4 main goals. Hold monthly cultural celebrations to promote community and conversation. Provide educational opportunities for the general Qvest community. Offer outreach and community service opportunities with Asian-interest organizations. Create a safe space for AAPI community members.
OnPride is Qvest's Employee Resource Group (ERG)for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
